You just have to replace a whole milk with the skimmed one. More importantly, you have to search for low fat replacement for ghee and butter. The alternatives are readily available in the marketplace and at the same time very much tasty too. Additionally, lean meats can be an excellent replacement for the food items with lots of red meat. Red meat, butter, ghee contains a lot of cholesterol.

As far as possible, try to reduce the consumption of red meats and replace it with pork, chicken, turkey, and even fish. On the whole, low fat food items are the one which includes comparatively low cholesterol level. Among these foods, vegetables are one of the most important and best choices. Even doctors recommend having more vegetables. Few people consider vegetables as uninteresting and dull but remember it can be a tasty addition to your regular diet.
